Warner Bros. Consumer Products and Tonner Doll Company, Inc. announceda slate of prominent high-end fashion and costume designers who have signed on to create one-of-a-kind looks, modeled on Tonner’s 22-inch dolls, for the Leading Ladies of The Wizard of Oz program.
