Founded by Michele Elyzabeth, the HBAs will celebrate a decade of honoring the architects of beauty on Sunday, April 6, 2025 at Avalon Hollywood, a black-tie dinner ceremony benefitting Helen Woodward Animal Center.
The HBAs recognize talent in hair, makeup, photography and styling for Film, TV, Music, the red carpet and editorial, as well as special honorees.

A beauty industry visionary, Victoria Jackson redefined makeup in the 1980s with her pioneering “no makeup” makeup aesthetic—celebrating natural beauty with effortless, wearable cosmetics. As the founder of Victoria Jackson Cosmetics, she made history as the first cosmetics brand sold on television, achieving $1 million in sales in its first week. Her groundbreaking infomercials and QVC presence went on to generate over $1 billion, cementing her legacy as a trailblazer in beauty.
At the height of her success, Victoria shifted her focus from makeup to medicine. When her daughter was diagnosed with the rare autoimmune disorder NMO at just 14 years old, she and her husband, Bill Guthy, established the Guthy-Jackson Charitable Foundation. Their dedication to research and innovation led to groundbreaking therapies that have transformed the landscape of NMO treatment.
Now, alongside award-winning beauty brand innovator Kim Wileman, she has revised her iconic vision with NO MAKEUP MAKEUP®.
NO MAKEUP MAKEUP® is a modern reinvention of Victoria Jackson’s iconic formula, offering a featherlight, shade-adaptive, and color-correcting finish that seamlessly blends with the skin. With a sheer, breathable texture, it neutralizes redness and imperfections while enhancing natural beauty. Featuring 13 FlexShade technology shades, it adapts to a full range of skin tones for a luminous, second-skin effect. Effortless to apply—no makeup artist skills required—it redefines foundation as your skin, but better.
Victoria will accept Brand of the Year at the black-tie ceremony on Sunday, April 6, 2025 benefitting Helen Woodward Animal Center.
Oscar® nominated makeup artist Donald Mowat is the 2025 HBA Ambassador.
