Christine Jeff’s gripping medical drama opens in theaters on September 20.
A Mistake is based on the novel by Carl Shuker and stars three-time Emmy Award nominee Elizabeth Banks, Simon McBurney, Mickey Sumner and Rena Owen.
It is a GFC Films production and was produced by Matthew Metcalfe with Jeffs also taking producing duties. Cornerstone’s Alison Thompson and Mark Gooder served as executive producers.
The film was financed by the New Zealand Film Commission and Te Puna Kairangi, the New Zealand Government’s Premium Productions for International Audiences Fund together with Ingenious Media.
