I have always been a fan of Electrolux. In fact, the first investment I ever made was when I bought my first Electrolux vacuum cleaner at 24 years-old. It was expensive but it served me for the next 20 years.
As I was looking to get myself a handheld steamer, I turned to Electrolux one more time. I decided to try their handheld steamer LX 15002. The LX15002 came in a beautiful black heavy duty gift box, which also serves as storage for your steamer. I could not wait to try it. Equipped with an electromagnetic pump which rapidly boils the water, it is built to avoid spills and leaks.
You can use it to steam your clothes while hanging vertically or lying horizontally. It will allow you up to 18 minutes of continuous steaming. The steamer has 2 adjustable steam settings and can handle delicate fabrics such as silk or cashmere, as well as my heavy jean fabric sofa covers.
It reheats in 30 seconds and will automatically turn off if it is not in use.
What I love about this 1500 watt steamer is that it is small enough to travel with. It comes with a fabric brush, a lint brush and a steam nozzle which rests on a heavy duty ceramic sole plate.
An important fact about all Electrolux products is that they are manufactured to reduce household energy and avoid the depletion of natural resources in order to maintain an ecological balance.
