Amy Schumer, the Emmy-winning and Tony and Golden Globe-nominated comedian, is back with her latest comedy special. Netflix announced today that her newest stand-up special Amy Schumer: Emergency Contact will premiere globally on their streaming service on June 13th.
The special was filmed at her show at the Orpheum Theater in Los Angeles on December 9, 2022.
This is Schumer’s third Netflix comedy special following The Leather Special which was released in 2017 and Growing, released in 2019.
In 2022 she also hosted a special, Amy Schumer Presents: Parental Advisory which featured several other well known comedians where they joked about family life, the pressures of parenting and the joys of remarriage.
In Schumer’s newest comedy special Emergency Contact, she delivers another hilariously relatable and uncensored commentary about her life.
The special is directed by Schumer herself.
