The Dallas Mavericks evened the Western conference semifinals, 2-2, with their 111-101 win over the Phoenix Suns at home on Sunday. Phoenix dropped its second consecutive game in Dallas, and will play Game 5 on Tuesday at 7 p.m., at Footprint Center in Phoenix. The home team’s Devin Booker had a game-high 35 points and added seven assists with four rebounds. Mavericks’ Luka Doncic had a team-high 26 points, and Dorian Finney-Smith had 24 including his game-high eight 3-pointers. Chris Paul fouled out in the fourth quarter with five points, seven assists, five rebounds, and two turnovers in 23 minutes.
The Philadelphia 76ers found their rhythm in their Eastern Conference semifinals series against the Miami Heat following their 116-108 victory in Game 4 on Sunday night. After losing the first two games without the services of Joel Embiid, his return has made a major impact with the MVP candidate on the floor. James Harden finally played like James Harden, with: 31 points, nine assists and seven rebounds. Jimmy Butler scored 40 points in the Game 4 loss, but unfortunately, until Bam Adebayo‘s late-game scoring binge, he had three times as many points as all of his teammates. In order for the Heat to win this series, they must have more scoring from the rest of the players. The series continues in South Beach on Tuesday night.
