What you need:
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup oat milk
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds
- 4 dates
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
What to do:
Add chia seeds to oat milk, stir well and set aside. Soak cashews and dates in water for 20 minutes. Add soaked cashews and dates, hemp seeds, vanilla extract, raw cacao powder, and 1 cup water to blender. Blend on high until smooth and creamy (if needed add extra water 1/4 cup at a time until desired texture is reached). Stir the chia oat milk mixture once more until all seeds are absorbed evenly. Then, pore the chocolate pudding over the chia pudding and garnish with hemp seeds/extra cacao powder.
