21st Annual Latin GRAMMY Awards® will announce their nominees on September 29th.
In a short statement, the Latin Recording Academy said it continues to "work toward our 21st Annual Latin GRAMMY Awards during the challenges of this unprecedented year, we are pleased to inform you that we are working diligently through our awards process in order to hold the 21st Annual Latin GRAMMY Awards this November."
The Academy notified members of three new categories for the 2020 edition of the awards:
Best reggaeton performance and Best rap/hip hop song, which will fall under the urban field.
