REASONS TO BE PRETTY

A divers cast takes on a Neil LaBute classic, directed by Jorge-Luis Pallo. The sh!t hits the fan when, Greg makes a “Comparison… point of contrast…” about Stephanie’s face with the new girl at work. Watch Greg, as he bumbles and attempts to win his girlfriend back, out grows his best friend and befriends his nemesis. This play tackles the question: How much is ‘pretty’ worth?

BREATHER

From Blue Tiger Prod, two strangers rent the same room back to back, week after week, in a commercial building in Hollywood. Nina is exploring Orgasmic Meditation. Zorro is on lunch break from the Walk of Fame. Maybe this room will bring them together.

6 FIGURES

ABC’s Executive Producer, Stacy Traub (The Real O’Neals, Black-ish) takes on directing, “SIX FIGURES” the work shopping of new one act plays. These dark comedies explore three couple’s very different relationships all in today’s social media driven, free world.

APATHY KILLED THE CAT

Colin is a neurotic playwright whose mother and cat are on the verge of death. Seeking solace, he chronicles his entire life into an 826-page play that no one is ever meant to read. When his girlfriend and brothers discover the play, Colin is forced to confront the dark secrets contained within.

BONNIE AND CLYDE

Adam Peck – ‘Bonnie and Clyde’ – “We have chosen to live lives less ordinary” – a brand new production by Who’s There? Theatre based on the final hours of America’s iconic outlaw couple.

DYSTOPIA

In DYSTOPIA, Ripley Improv tells stories of young women coming of age against a dystopian backdrop. Like the heroines of The Hunger Games and Divergent, the women of DYSTOPIA fight oppressive powers. Ripley improvises one hour original plays based on your suggestions. No script, no planning, no net.

HAMLET ¿ESTÁS O NO ESTÁS?

Hamlet: ¿Estás o no estás? makes a unique approach to Shakespeare’s classic setting it on modern times emphasizing the satirical side of this work. Multimedia, clown, and surrealism take part of this performance making it energetic, uncommon, and colorful.

GRIMM TALES

Two young brothers live in a small house just at the edge of their city. Next to them is a forest, out of place but regarded with normalcy. When tension rises at home, the boys hide in their room, spinning wild stories together. In the forest, they find that stories may have a life of their own.
