For 12 years, Frank Sinatra resided at Villa Maggio located in Coachella Valley. The estate was named after Sinatra’s character Angelo Maggio in the 1953 film “From Here To Eternity.” His performance in the role won him a Best Supporting Actor award.
The property has been on the market under listing agent Frank Jackwerth of Hilton & Hyland and the value is going down. In August, the asking price for Maggio was $4.4 million. Now it’s down to $3.95 million.
