UPDATES:
In yet another tragic school campus shooting, 10 people have been killed and dozens wounded at Umpqua Community College in Roseburg, Oregon on Thursday.
The gunman, who is reported dead has been identified as Chris Harper Mercer (26).
The Douglas County Fire Department tweeted earlier, "Active shooter scene is code 4. Multiple casualties all pt's transported."
In Oregon, students with the proper paperwork are permitted to carry guns on campus.
The major crimes team have been activated for a thorough investigation.
