Train has released their new single, “Angel In Blue Jeans” today, premiering the debut track live on the Howard Stern Show via SiriusXM. This is from their upcoming 7th studio effort, Bulletproof Picasso, which is scheduled to be released September 16. The three-time Grammy award winners are gearing up for a live rendition of the track later this week when they perform on the TODAY Show’s Summer Concert Series on June 13th.
“Angel in Blue Jeans” is stylistically different from their previous work. The vocal work seems to be influenced by modern hit-makers Mumford and Sons and Imagine Dragons. Nonetheless, it is a track certain to please both day-one and newer fans of the group.
