AXS TV has announced the addition of headliner Eric Clapton to its Sunday broadcast of New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival presented by Shell starting with the “Countdown to Jazz Fest” pre-show. The GRAMMY® Award- winner, Clapton, performed last Sunday, April 27, for the first time ever at the New Orleans Jazz Fest and treated the crowd to such hits as “Pretending,” “Driftin’ Blues,” “Crossroads” and “Layla.” Clapton added bonus solos during his performance at the Acura Stage and even sat for an unplugged segment. StubHub is the Official Broadcast Partner of AXS TV’s Jazz Festcoverage.
