The 85th Academy Awards: And The Nominees Are...

The nominations for the 85th Academy Awards®were announced today by this year's Oscar host, Seth MacFarlane, and actress Emma Stone. It came as no surprise that LINCOLN took the lead with 12 nominations. If Steven Spielberg were to win Best Director, this would be his third Oscar. The awards will take place on Sunday, February 24, 2013, at the Dolby Theatre™ at Hollywood & Highland Center®, and televised live on the ABC Television Network 7e/4p. The Oscar presentation also will be televised live in more than 225 countries worldwide.
