This is possibly one of the best fundraising ideas around. Philanthropy just got a whole lot sexier since Undie Run teamed up with Will Ferrell in a nationwide campaign to send cancer survivors to college. For every $25 someone donates or raises, they’ll get a chance to be Will’s special guest on the set of Anchorman 2, April 25th in Atlanta, AND be an extra in the movie. No way? Yes way!
From now until April 19th, Will wants everyone to support and join Undie Runners across the nation and raise funds for Cancer for College, a charity that awards college scholarships to cancer survivors. I know what you’re thinking, “I love lamp.” You’re probably also thinking… what is Undie Run? Basically, Undie Run is a combination of college, charity, and a lack of clothing. It is the BEST combination of any three things you’ve ever heard of. It’s a bunch of super sexy and awkward college students running around together in their underwear raising a ton of money (go ahead, do a Google image search). More importantly, students literally donate all the clothes off their back to a local charity and all monetary donations go to Cancer for College.
