The 24-year-old U.K. singer known simply as Adele, has just been slated to sing the new theme song for the upcoming 007 movie, Skyfall, set to be released October 26th. True, she’ll be holding a mic instead of a gun, but singing the theme for the British spy movies has got to make her an honorary Bond Girl. Adele adds herself to group of the incredible voices of Tina Turner and “Goldfinger” singer, Shirley Bassey. The powerhouse vocalist has also said that fans can expect another single before the end of 2012.
