LATFUSA experienced the Pomona Harvest Festival for the first time this weekend (Nov 30-Dec 2). Not only did we have our own booth, but we shopped around for the Holidays and discovered some talented artists with great gifts.
Sherri Bows had a colorful booth display of unique headbands and hairbows. www.sherribows.com. Shirley Thrope, known as “The Butterdish Queen” had her Fun Glass butterdishes with small sculptures on top; from dogs to Santa Claus. www.funglass.com. Stone Soup Santas had an extraordinary display of handmade sculptures with various materials of Santa Claus and polar bear scenes, etc. www.stonesoupsantas.com. Speaking of Santa, Saundra of Saundra’s Designs not only makes beautiful jewelry, but has amazing Santa sleigh displays perfect for holiday decorating. Mitchell Milicevich of Summerfield Candles makes wonderful decorative beeswax candles with sculpted holly berries, snowman and christmas tree shapes. www.summerfieldcandles.com.
