The 1962 cult classic, “Whatever Happened to Baby Jane?” starred Bette Davis and Joan Crawford. Fifty years later, Lakeshore Entertainment will take on the remake. The story takes place in a decaying Hollywood mansion where former child star, Jane Hudson and her 1930’s movie queen sister, Blanche are forced into retirement after a crippling accident. Walter Hill (producer of Aliens and Prometheus) has signed on to write and direct the film. The original was directed and produced by Robert Aldrich and the screenplay was written by Lukas Heller.
