Just over one month since a man opened fire at Los Angeles International Airport, Paul Anthony Ciancia is going to court.
The 23 year-old is accused of going on a deadly shooting rampage at LAX, killing a federal officer and injuring three others. On Wednesday, the New Jersey native will appear in court with a charge for murder.
He could face the death penalty or life in prison without parole.
