Sometimes an ordinary piece of chicken just doesn’t cut it for dinner. You want to spice things up with something delicious. Mix a little bit of this with a little bit of that.
MyDailyMoment.com has a recipe that will knock your socks off. It’s a cross between chicken tenders and stuffed manicotti. Here is MDM’s recipe (7 servings).
1 package manicotti shells (14 shells), 1 jar (30-oz.) spaghetti sauce, 1 tsp. garlic powder, 24 oz. (1½ lbs.) chicken tenders, uncooked, 1½ cups light shredded mozzarella cheese.
Preheat over to 350 degrees. Cook manicotti shells according to package. Spread a small amount of spaghetti sauce over the bottom of a 13×9 inch baking pan. Sprinkle garlic powder on chicken. Put chicken tender into manicotti shell. Place stuffed shells in baking pan. Pour remaining sauce over shells. Sprinkle with cheese.
Cover baking pan with foil. Bake for 1 hour.
Enjoy!
