At long last, after months of guesses and rumors, the 2013 Coachella lineup has finally been revealed. As expected, the list is filled with a great mix of older established acts such as the The Red Hot Chili Peppers, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, The Postal Service, and The Violent Femmes, current hipster favorites like The Lumineers, Alex Clare and Grizzly Bear, and of course a bevy of DJs such as Fredde Le Grand, Paul Oakenfold and Adrian lux.
While we are saddened that all the buzz about The Rolling Stones appearing was untrue, and though we have to question why they’d invite, say, 2 Chainz, we also have to applaud their bookers for landing some truly great acts. This Indio festival is packed in with an overwhelming list of talented acts like The Airborne Toxic Event, Phoenix, Allen Stone and the list just goes on (as you can see here: http://www.coachella.com/lineup).
