The annual Hollywood Beauty Awards (HBAs) will celebrate a decade of honoring the architects of beauty at the 10th HBAs on Sunday, April 6, 2025 at Avalon Hollywood.
Today, the HBAs revealed the nominees in their specialty categories for Makeup, Hairstyling, Styling, Photography and Groomer of the Year. Three nominees who specialize in appearances for the red carpet and editorial compete in a category named after the current year Outstanding Achievement honorees.
Every year, the HBAs recognize two hairstyling and two makeup categories to ensure the celebration of all skill sets, artistry and diversity. Nominee voting is now open until March 4th.
HBAs previously announced Academy Award winner Janty Yates as the Outstanding Achievement in Costume Design honoree, Davis Factor for Outstanding Achievement in Photography, Academy Award nominee Mike Marino for Outstanding Achievement in SFX Makeup, 4x Emmy nominee Debi Young for Outstanding Achievement in Makeup, Emmy winner Sanna Seppanen & Emmy nominee Brian Badie for Outstanding Achievement in Hairstyling, as well as Mitsuyo Takasaki for Outstanding Achievement in International Hairstyling.

This year the 10th HBAs will celebrate the theme: Golden Age of Hollywood glamour from the 1920’s to the 1960’s.
