“California Solo” Starring Robert Carlyle Opens In LA With Special Q&A

When he’s not impressing TV audiences as Rumpelstiltskin in “Once Upon A Time,” Robert Carlyle has been making the rounds at the film festival circuit this past year with the independent drama, “California Solo.” The film opens today, Friday December 7th at the Nuart Theatre in Los Angeles. A special Q&A with the cast and crew is scheduled for the 7:30PM showing. Speak with Carlyle, A Martinez, Savannah Lathem, Robert Cicchini, Marshall Lewy, Mynette Louie and many more.

LATF The Magazine will run an exclusive interview with director Marshall Lewy and Robert Carlyle in their January #30 issue at www.latfthemagazine.com. Don’t miss it! The story follows a former Britpop rocker (Carlyle) who now works on a farm gets caught driving drunk and faces deportation after living in Los Angeles for many years. His efforts to stay in the U.S. force him to confront the past and current demons in his life. This is a touching story of a tortured soul.
