If you’re a fan of hip-hop, then The Wiltern is where you should be this Friday night. This weekend, platinum artist Nas is teaming up with Grammy-winning rapper Lauryn Hill for a night of utter hip-hop appreciation. You won’t want to miss your chance to see two rap legends in one night.

Where: Nokia Theatre
Taylor Swift, Ne-Yo, Ellie Goulding, OneRepublic, and the Jonas Brothers are all going to be cramming their songs into one star-studded night this weekend. Saturday evening at Downtown’s Nokia Theatre is definitely going to be packed in with some serious pop power that you won’t want to miss. When else can you see so many headliners all at the same time?

This Saturday the famous music store on Sunset Blvd is going to be getting a little taste of comedic folk rock from the jangly duo, Garfunkel & Oates. Kate Micucci (the self proclaimed “Oates” of the group) has had roles on a variety of television shows such as the likes of “Scrubs” and “Raising Hope,” always acting out her quirky musical persona. In an industry (and town) where people often take themselves extremely seriously, it’s nice to have a group like Garfunkel & Oates to remind us to laugh.
