Kick off the holidays with the 2nd & PCH center’s 5th annual tree lighting, Light Up the Night on Thursday, November 16th from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.
This celebrated event is free and open to all. Santa and Mrs. Claus arrive at 5:00 p.m. led by the Woodrow Wilson High School marching band. The lighting of a spectacular 43 ft. live White Fir Christmas tree will take place near the grand staircase.
Family-friendly activities and entertainment continue throughout the evening including a performance by Hollywood-based big band jazz ensemble Phat Cat Swinger, meet and greets with special holiday characters, face painting, hair tinsel application and balloon artists. Guests are encouraged to wear elf costumes to participate in the themed seasonal fun. The first RSVP’d guests to check in at the 2ND & PCH booth between 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. will receive a complimentary snowflake light stick. The annual tree lighting anchors a diverse lineup of other exciting holiday events throughout the center for all to enjoy during the holidays.

Holiday Pup Crawl
Saturday, November 11th | 12:00 to 4:00 p.m.
Jumpstart holiday shopping at this event featuring music, activities and special dog-friendly vendors, presented by bark! bark!. Participating restaurants will be offering exclusive deals to Pup Crawl attendees including Beachwood Brewing, Noble Bird, Shake Shack and more.
PCH Movies & Moonlight: Polar Express
Friday, December 1st | 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
The holiday film showing, presented in partnership with One Medical, features the seasonal favorite Polar Express. The movie begins at sunset, weather permitting and is complimentary for the community. Free airbrush tattoos will be available on Seaport Way. Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets; self-seating and heaters will be available on a first-come first-served basis. Pets are also welcome on-leash.
Kids Club, Story Time with Mrs. Claus
Tuesday, December 5th | 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Located on Seaport Way, this event includes seasonal arts and crafts, story and singing time with Mrs. Claus. Kids Club is best suited for ages 12 and under, weather permitting.
Breakfast with Santa
Saturdays, December 9th & 16th | 9:00 to 10:00 a.m.

Creative Communal
Sundays, December 10th & 17th | 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Shop small businesses during the holiday season with this curated open-air market that includes unique goods from over 30 local artisans and vendors, live entertainment, photo opps and more.
Selfies with Santa and Paws & Claws
Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays from November 18 to December 24
Come dressed in your holiday best as Santa Claus visits the center on weekdays for free photo opportunities (no photographer present). Professional photos will be available for purchase during the weekends. Pet companions of all kinds are welcome to take photos with Santa on Wednesdays December 6th, 13th and 20th from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Photo lines will be cued — no reservations required.
Silent Santa
Sundays, December 10th & 17th | 9:00 to 11:00 a.m.
This event is catered towards children and adults with sensory sensitivities, offering one-on-one time with Santa Claus to take photos without crowds, lights and noise. Online RSVPs are required, to register visit 2ndandpch.com/Events.
