Van Leeuwen Ice Cream, the NYC born and nationally beloved brand known for its made-from-scratch dairy and vegan ice creams, will open a scoop shop in Long Beach at 2ND & PCH. The Long Beach store is Van Leeuwen’s seventh location in Los Angeles, and marks the first of three LA area openings to come this summer preceding scoop shops in Fairfax and Woodland Hills.
Opening day hours on Thursday, June 29 are 12pm-11pm. In celebration of the opening, the shop will offer $1 scoops on opening day from 12pm-2pm and free LA totes to the first 50 customers. Daily hours are 11am-11pm.
The scoop shop is located in the 2ND & PCH shopping center (on the ground level near the grand staircase) at 6420 East Pacific Coast Highway, Suite 140. Guests can enjoy their treats at the scoop shop or order pints for takeout or delivery.
