What a difference a day of beauty can make. The Farrah Fawcett Foundation (FFF) recently collaborated with The Glamour Project in conjunction with Jose Eber and Jaclyn Smith to create “A Day of Beauty” at the City of Hope hospital.
Thanks to donations from Senna Cosmetics and Armani Beauty, who contributed the make-up for this event, women of all ages felt and looked beautiful. Jaclyn Smith provided wigs personally styled and cut by Jose Eber’s team. Together, they created a tear-filled and moving day. These amazing women allowed themselves to be transformed from the outside-in to bring out their inner beauty. Smiles and some tears were had by all. Patients ranged in age from a 9 year old girl suffering from leukemia to an 82 year old woman. All make-over patients were gifted their wigs and make-up to help celebrate their ‘feelings’ better.
