Dodgers Stadium is transforming into Los Angeles’ largest COVID-19 testing facility.
The drive-thru location will be able to handle 6,000 people per day, making it three times larger than any other testing site in the city.
Mayor Eric Garcetti said on Twitter and in a press conference: Proud to announce that on Tuesday, the city will open a new testing site at @Dodgers Stadium in partnership with @CoreResponse and @LAFD. We'll be able to test up to 6,000 Angelenos there per day.
