We could have predicted a sequel to Tim Burton’s version of “Alice In Wonderland.” Part II of the film is now announced with a 2016 release date.
Johnny Depp and Mia Wasikowska will reprise their roles and writer Linda Woolverton is set to pen the script, which will hit the big screen on May 27th, 2016 (as of now). Disney announced the news officially Friday. The movie will be directed by James Bobin. Joe Roth, Jennifer Todd and Suzanne Todd are producing.
