Since the tragic death of actor Paul Walker, Universal had placed production of “Fast and Furious 7” on hold. The studio announced Monday that the sequel will be released in April 2015, instead of July next year. The film was about halfway finished before the 40 year-old was killed in a car crash outside of Los Angeles.
According to FOX News, Walker still will appear in the film, though Universal has not said exactly how it will handle his unfinished performance. On Facebook, Walker’s co-star Vin Diesel said to his fans, “He’d want you to know first.”
