The Tony Awards is a night to honor the world of Broadway, theater and musicals. Networks should not allow televised award shows to be used for one's personal political agenda, but a platform for our nation to find common ground and respect. Although one is absolutely entitled to their own opinion and beliefs, one should not impose them on others during a show unrelated to politics.
