WHAT YOU NEED:

5 to 6 leaves kale

2 large handfuls spinach

1 green apple

1/2 cucumber

4 to 6 celery stalks

3 to 4 sprigs fresh mint

Handful parsley

Handful cilantro

WHAT TO DO:
