Donald Trump Responds To Protests In Chicago

Trump rallyAs thousands of protesters took to the streets of Chicago, Donald Trump was forced to cancel his event campaigning for the presidency.

Trump's team released a statement on Saturday saying:
We have received great credit from everyone for cancelling this event. Nobody was injured and crowds disbanded quickly and peacefully. It has been termed "really good management and leadership under great pressure!"

It would have been easier for Mr. Trump to have spoken, but he decided, in the interest of everyone's safety, to postpone the event.

On Twitter, Trump stated that Bernie Sanders and Hillary Clinton supporters are the ones who 'disrupted my rally in Chicago.'
