Walk The Moon’s “Shut Up And Dance” Sets Billboard Records

Somehow we're not surprised… With its 24th week at No. 1, WALK THE MOON’s smash hit “Shut Up and Dance” set the record for the most time spent atop Billboard’s Hot Rock Songs chart.  The hit song beat out Hozier’s “Take Me To Church”, which led the Hot Rock Songs chart for 23 weeks (November-April 2014), as well as Imagine Dragons’ “Radioactive” (April-September 2013).

“Shut Up and Dance” spent 22 weeks in the top 10 at alternative rock radio with 4 consecutive weeks at #1.  It also remained #2 Pop song for 5 weeks in a row, spent time at #1 at Hot AC for 6 weeks, hit its 6th week at #1 on the AC chart last week, and has over 214 million Spotify streams worldwide to date.

WALK THE MOON will head out on another leg of the TALKING IS HARD Tour this fall, kicking off on October 3rd in Austin, TX. Tickets for the fall tour are on sale now at www.walkthemoonband.com.
