The Mountain Home Of Rock Legend Joe Cocker Is On The Market For $7 Million

The personal residence of the late rock & roll legend Joe Cocker is being offered for sale by his wife, Pam Cocker, for $7 million. The nearly 16,000-square-foot home on 243 acres in Crawford, Colorado has been listed with Mandy Nadler of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Denver.

The couple lived in the home since 1994 until late last year.  The custom-built estate is within driving distance to Aspen, Telluride, and other Rocky Mountain ski resorts.  The estate includes 80 irrigated pasture acres, a seven-stall barn, two commercial greenhouses and an acre-sized swimming hole complete with pier and paddleboat.

The Tudor-style manor house has eight bedrooms, nine baths and a private guest suite set on almost 16,000 square feet.  Built with entertaining in mind, the home has several large gathering rooms on the main level, including an expansive living room, a library, a billiard room with a full-sized wet bar, and a formal dining room that seats 18. The gourmet kitchen features an imported La Cornue range/oven and Traulsen commercial refrigerator and freezer.

Seven large bedrooms on the upper level accompany the 1,500-square-foot master suite, which includes his and her bathrooms and closets, a coffee bar, 13-foot beamed ceiling, stone fireplace, seating area and private balcony.
