66th Annual Emmy Awards: The Winners & Best Moments

Seth Meyers Emmy Awards

It was a successful start to the awards season with Seth Meyers hosting a swift and entertaining 66th Emmy Awards. With comedy throughout, the evening was fun and fast-moving. The theme of the show was 'comedy' with plenty of presenters who have graced the "Saturday Night Live" stage, from Jimmy Fallon to Amy Poehler and other comedians/late night talk show hosts such as Jimmy Kimmel, Stephen Colbert, Key & Peele.

The show steered clear of selfies and pizza deliveries, but there were plenty of highlights; including Bryan Cranston making out with Julia Louis-Dreyfus before she accepted her Emmy for Lead Actress in a Comedy Series. Meyers hosted a little Q&A with the audience. Melissa McCarthy asked about her parking and Jon Hamm was surprised to find out he was on national television. Weird Al performed a parody series of theme songs from the best Drama and Comedy Series' nominees, finishing with Andy Samberg dressed as a king Joffrey from "Game of Thrones."

Sara Bareilles sang a touching cover of "Smile" during a beautiful 'In Memoriam' dedicated to the greats who we have lost in the entertainment industry this past year. Billy Crystal gave a heartwarming speech for his dear friend, Robin Williams. He said Robin was "the brightest star in a comedy galaxy." He ended with... "Robin Williams, what a concept."

As far as wins go, "Sherlock," "Fargo" and "Breaking Bad" were favorites this time around. And the winners are...
