Disney’s Day of Giving for Sandy Victims

Just a few days after Disney inked a deal purchasing Lucasfilm and the “Star Wars” franchise for $4.05 billion, the mega entertainment company announced their “Day of Giving.” ABC will join the parent company on November 5, 2012 to raise money for hurricane relief. “Good Morning America” will start the “Day of Giving” by dedicating the entire 8:00 a.m. hour to raising money. Fundraising will continue throughout the day with each TV program, from “LIVE with Kelly and Michael” to “The View” and Monday Night Football.
